[iMS] Can't get 2.4 to run

We have version 2.0 running Ok for a long time now.  However, we installed a demo key on another machine and, while everything seemed to install fine and be working, we can't get the SMTP test console to validate our installation.   Here's what we get: < 220 jeffdev inFusion Mail Server Developer v2.4.3 SNDEV-21918694-6846 ESMTP ready at Mon, 21 Oct 2002 13:13:57 -0500 > HELO Jeff < 421 jeffdev Service not available, closing transmission channel Error=421 All of our mappings seem in order and our HELO template is just the default one from IMS mail.   Thanks.   Jeff Russell Chief Information Officer Onetravel.com   Its time to take a vacation.
