[iMS] Server Requirements

Can some one help me out on what kind of base system requirements I would need for a dedicated email server w/IMS and CFMX for sending up to a max of 1 million emails per day. Most of the time it will be half of this amount...

Does this system sound like it would be capable? Also, Howie you recommended the professional version of IMS. What would be the upper limit of SE? Approximately of course ;)
