several issues in the 2.4c release including:
- POST Server stops on TCP error
- POST Server MBX not found errors
- SMTP/POP/RELAY servers do not see abnormal disconnect and wait for TCP timeout
iMS 2.4d does not include any updates to the Scheduler or configuration GUI.
