Title: Message
A version of the config program that should not have been released wound up being included in the new installer.  We'll released an update to the installer and also a download for those that just want to replace the configurator without reinstalling.  You can get the updated installer or the configurator installer from our downloads page:

I saw this as well, mind you, I didn't reboot after the installation and was blaming that. I never waited for it to come up but killed it in task manager.

I'm having the same issue.  I've got a copy of iMS that we have on a dev server that is acting the same way (didn't upgrade production server yet) - sucks up resources to the point of Windows screaming about memory - spikes CPU at 100 too.  Will eventually come up but takes 20-30 minutes.
