[iMS] Mail Loop Question

I'm trying to understand why the following caused a mail loop.

The following is from RCPT.cfm, a slight mod from FM1:

The above demonstrates where the log entry "relay was sent from new rcpt.cfm" in the following log comes from.

66.123.210.58 is an allowed IP in SMTP server settings.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] is a valid account/address
[EMAIL PROTECTED] is NOT a valid account/address (why my users decided to us an invalid address I don't know).
