I'm not quite sure where the header gets set in that code.. I'm not sure if I'm just not seeing it or what.. you're using <insetheader var="">.. insetheader doesn't do it, does it?  You also use token_addheader_X_ListMember... is that what actually changes the header?

You can do anything you want as long as you code it in your cfml templates.  We just happen to use the Processor function of FusionMail.
