It's outlook for Mac OS X.  The problems in the email are the � and �
characters in the supplied email.

iMS does not do anything with mail encoding - this is handled by the
cfx_imsmail tag.  I can't really discern the
problem from the information that you sent here.  Could you please send me
details about the email in question?  You can
send it off-list to me directly.  Also, please let me know what email client
the Mac user is using.
