We have no plans of adding that functionality at this time. However, that functionality would be exactly the same as if you coded the functionality yourself. The CFX tag would still need to create a physical file on the server for the POST server to use. So, whether your code does a CFFILE or the CFX does the writing it will still be the same overhead.
