Hi,
I understand that you can append a name to SMTPTO in cfx_imsmail and it
becomes a BCC if it isn't specified in the HEADER_TO or HEADER_CC
parameters, but how do you BCC a recipient that isn't included in a query
result set (using the QUERY and QUERYFIELD parameters)?
