I just conferred with someone here and it looks like the server won't delete the
DelPend files unless Auto Cleanup is
enabled. This is not the way it's supposed to work so there will be a subsequent
version 2.4 release to correct this.
In the meanwhile, please enable Auto Cleanup on the POST server settings.
