[iMS] Exception in CFX_IMSMAIL tag

Howie,

This morning while sending out a bunch of mails we got this error message:

CFX_iMSMail v2.9.6 - Exception occured while processing tag
Exception class: EInOutError
Exception message: I/O error 112
The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFX_IMSMAIL), occupying document position (20:2) to (25:69) in the template file D:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\mysite\schedules\eyomail.cfm.

Any ideas what might be causing it ? I'm quite sure this is the first time I've seen this error.
