It does take a few seconds (vs. almost instantly for others) to resolve (dig) 
support.net.  The error seems to indicate that their server could not find support.net 
as a valid domain and therefore rejected the mail.  Fairly common anti-spam tactic.  
Perhaps they can't reach your one DNS server?  Or maybe they have a short timeout for 
DNS resolutions...
