Put the IP address of the originating server in the Allowed IPs of the remote server.

You can't alter the header using iMS-SE...you can do this with the full iMS SMTP Server.

If you use the relay server of the receiving server then you aren't using the cfx tag. If you have more than one IP on
the banned server then you can use the latest iMS and cfx tag to specify another IP address to use for mail sending.
