All of a sudden the PERMFAILEDRESPONSELIST var
isn't being populated for the same bad email address
that I tested earlier today. Moreover, the email
address is deffinitely a perm failure since the email
address is in the PERMFAILEDLIST var. Can someone
shed some light?
