Howie,
After downgrading to the 2.9.6 version of cfx_iMSmail.dll, the complaints of
blank emails stopped. I have sent an additional 500,000 since downgrading.
It appears the problem occurred with a subset of our msn.com addresses
(possibly using a web interface to view the email). Sorry for the sketchy
info.
