OK, thanks. Do you think you can ask one of
your developers what the "iMS translations" are
while the manual gets updated? :)
I'm on the hook to structure all possible failure
codes as either temp or perm.

Failure codes are detailed in the RFCs.  I don't have any document that I
could give to you that explains this.  We are
currently reworking the entire iMS manual and I'll make a suggestion for
including this.
