Yes we are having the exact same problem with our Outlook express clients.
So far no good answers from the Infusion Support Team.

I'm having this weird problem with Outlook frequently not connecting with
the mail server.  Everyone in my office seems to be plagued with the problem
from time to time.  Once it happens, you will never connect to the server
again until you close Outlook down and restart it.  I don't have any
non-Outlook clients in the office, and the problem started right after we
switched to iMS.  It was intermittent, but I think people are more aware of
it now, so it's getting reported more and more.

Anyone else seen this problem?  We've patched and upgraded our email
clients, the network has been tested, our connection it up, and there are no
errors in the POP server log at all...the people who stop connecting just
don't show up in the logs anymore.  We've increased the timeout limit in
Outlook to the maximum (4 or 5 minutes, I think) and it's still happening.
