We have IMS-SE on the same CF server as our web site. We just sent out a
7000 recipient email campaign and our website slowed to a crawl, almost in
accessible. The CPU and Memory usage were not out of hand, so I believe it
must be a bandwidth thing. We have a 10 megabit connection and our other
servers on the same connection were still responsive, so I guess the
bottleneck is at the server's network card.
What is the best way to deal with this? How can I throttle the bandwidth
IMS uses and what is a good setting/number?
