the above is an email opt-in system that i wrote using CF and utilizes the infusion CFX. i did my best to make it as brief, yet as 'tight' as possible. it handles email 'syntax' validation, duplication catching and acts as a 'true' DOUBLE opt-in system which is so very important for email and web administrators today. please give it a spin, and i PROMISE, your email will only be stored in a 'test' database and will be immediately removed upon launch of the application in a live environment. (but it must be a valid email that you can check for the test to work) we have no gain in keeping addresses of people not associated with our service. thanks in advance and any and all comments regarding functionality and ease of use are appreciated. i am asking ya'll to test becuase i respect the knowledge i have gained here and think it utilizes the CFX nicely. also : if interested, i will share the code with the group upon completion of the testing phases. cheers.
