Try downgrading to CFX_IMSMAIL 2.9.6.
 
3.1 has a few problems. Howie has been telling us to avoid using it.

Has this issue been fixed? I am having users using Outlook 2000 report receiving a plain text email as an attachment while I can see it in the body of the email using the same email client. Any news on this?
