[iMS] DNSBL checking

I was wondering if iMS DNSBL checking was done before or after SMTP Auth?

I assume from logs that DNSBL checking was done before SMTP Auth.  If so, 
it would seem more efficient to not even do DNSBL checking if SMTP Auth 
login was accomplished.
