To have iMS send "mail.SmarterYP.com" in the HELO when it connects to another mail 
server, go into iMS config/POST and enter it in the box named "Server name for 
HELO/EHLO."

On W2K you can go into My Computer/Properties/Network 
Identification/Properties/More... and change the Primary DNS Suffix for the machine 
(so SmarterYP.com in your case, perhaps). That will make the full hostname be 
teg.smarteryp.com. It's recommended you do this on an Internet server.
