Yes, many servers will reject mail in this case.

You should have a reverse DNS at a minimum. You only need an MX if you are using the SMTP/B server.

No, not really...although you can lower the TTL of the domain to speed up the propogation.

I just got back from a softball game (my two daughters are on the same team) and it was super hot (over 90 degrees) and that kind of temp really wears you out...
