[iMS] CFX_IMSMail EmailFile question

If I use the CFX_IMSMail tag with createmailfileonly="yes" savecopy="yes" savedir="c:\ims\mail" it creates a mail file for me.
 
How can I findout what the new "EmailFile" is?
