I had a similar issue, but it was with Yahoo and Hotmail both.  The problem
was that I was formatting the data from a TextField for HTML compatiblity.
For instance, I would replace all CHR(32) with    so that spacing was
maintained.  To fix the problem I quit doing that and just used the html
attribute of the cfx_iMSMail tag to send mail that was HTML formattted.
