We
can't think of anything else. We'll keep an eye on it. For now, we are able to
see when the service stops and can automatically restart it.
Is that the last line in the log prior to
restart? iMS is compatible with all 32-bit versions of Windows including
Windows 2003 so I don't think the OS has anything to do with it (or primary
server is NT4 and our secondary is Win2K).
Can you think of anything else? Disk error,
AV software, etc?
Thanks,
Howie

terminated unexpectedly
Hi
Howie,
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.
We
don't have much to go on. There isn't anything about the error reported in
the event logs. The server stopped again today. Both times the server
stopped it was while adding files to the queue. (i.e. 07/08/2003 01:09:35 PM
Added 13 files to queue.)
Any ideas for what we should look for? This is only happening on one
of our servers. The only obvious difference is that the server in question
is running win2k and the other NT.
Regards,
Marc
