iMS needs certain templates to process mail. The SMTP server should have at least a
RCPT and DATA template (you would need to enable Skip Helo and Skip Mail in the SMTP
settings if you don't have HELO and MAIL templates).
The cfx tag put mail directly into the POST queue and has nothing to do with the smtp
server.
