Today I tried to send my promotional email through iMS and unfortunately the email arrived to recipients more than once.
What do you thin could be wrong?
Did everyone get it twice or just some recipients? If everyone got it twice then it is probably safe to conclude you sent it twice providing that all the recipients were in different domains.
If that is the case it must be your code. What do your logs show?
If it is only some then your logs will show you.
