The POST Server will not pick up a mail job unless the control file and mail source
file are there. Make sure that:

The spool folder is properly configured
Both the mail and control files are there

You may want to open one of the control files and verify that the delivery date/time
are OK. Also, make sure that there are valid recipients in the control file and that
the control file is marked as UNLOCKED.

You can also see what is in the queue by creating a file called DUMPQUEUE in the
folder where inFusionPOST.exe is located. You can, as an option, create a file
extension to limit the output. For example, DUMPQUEUE.100 would limit the output to
100 records. After creating the file the server will output the queue into a file
called PostQueue.yyyymmddhhnnss (the extension is the current timestamp).

You should also check the license of the server in the config/About tab or the text in
the log file when the server is restarted.

As a final note - we no longer guarantee support for iMS 2.3 and I would suggest that
you eventually upgrade to 2.5 (2.5a will be released shortly so you may want to wait
for that).

Regards,

Howie
