The places where there are no spaces are because CRLF pairs are white space in HTML. I guess that the tag should replace a CRLF pair with a space, though. As for the <P> tags not becomming CRLF - I'll have to have that checked.
We're planning on an upgrade for the v3.3 tag and then the release of a 3.4 tag with some additional functionality.
