Yes, we have a web-based interface for our list server system. Every part of the system has been developed by myself around the base iMS engine, including admin interface, webmail, etc. The list server has a threaded archiving system which the Web interface ties into. Then it's just a matter of authenticating/signing up list members and letting them post via the Web interface. Probably our best publicly-viewable example of this is at <http://www.abrf.org/index.cfm/list.index?sort=thread>, although the interface isn't the most recent. If you want more info let me know.
