Right. DNS must be it. Although the name servers for support.net were changed, my local DNS at 66.123.210.58 still had support.net in the boot.nam file. I removed it just now and bounced my DNS and mail was still rejected.

My secondary is at 65.172.212.5 which might still have still have support.net in ITS boot.nam file.

The DNS servers in iMS are listed as 66.123.210.58 and 65.172.212.5 only.

By this email, I'll ask Seth to remove support.net from his DNS's boot.nam if it's there.

Paul, do you have a DNS record locally for support.net somewhere? What about clearing the iMS name cache? For some reason your mail server is sending the mail back to itself when it should now be sending it to support.nl servers. Your server is apparently correctly configured to reject mail for support.net, so that looks normal. I'm not sure why iMS logs an Exception... probably the connection is closed improperly somehow... Howie will know exactly. But your main problem is that the mail is coming back to you, right?
