Howie thanks, I appreciate info on Last, but I think my most recent issue below doesn't deal with LAST command...  They are getting around 10 messages at a time, because Outlook is set to :Our computers are set to delete messages from the server after 10 days (the default). That way mutliple people can read each others mail. Why would they be getting 10 at a time if it worked with IMAIL before this?

Thanks

Usually a POP client utilizes UIDL to keep track of which messages have been downloaded or not.  Why a client would use LAST (which is not even in the POP RFC anymore - since 1994) is beyond me.    We do not have plans to support the LAST command.  For information regarding why it was removed and why we won't support it see: http://www.remote.org/jochen/mail/info/pop3-last.html

THanks.. One clients is having a problem...

Iliana and I read each others and Alvaro's e-mails. If the system is set to delete them after they are read, only the first person who read an e-mail would ever get it.

Our computers are set to delete messages from the server after 10 days (the default) and has been that way for years. RIGHT NOW, sometimes when we download messages we get 5 to 10 of the same message at a time..

ANY IDEAS Howie to fix this ? IF I have to do in scripting which file would I edit?
