I am also getting a "No DNS servers defined" and it sends the email to be rescheduled. I never had DNS servers defined on my testing server and IMS worked like a charm. Any ideas?

That's a scheduler error.  If you are going to use the scheduler then you will need a scheduler application.  We provide a sample application in the iMS installation.  You should copy that sample app to another folder and configure the scheduler to use that folder.  You will also need to create a datasource (this is detailed in the scheduler manual).

If you are not using the scheduler then you should disable from windows services.

Subject: [iMS] Template no found problem

I am trying to set up IMS on our live production server, but everytime I try to send an email out the log file says "GetEvents template not found". I was not getting this error on my development server. Any suggestions.
