This is the way that the server works:
remote side issues a RCPT command including an email address.
iMS calls the RCPT template
if the template returns result=accept or result=relay then the iMS server adds to the
internal list of recipients
remote side issues a DATA command
iMS accepts the command if and only if there are valid recipients from the RCPT
template
remote side sends mail
iMS calls DATA template
If there are no valid recipients from the RCPT template then iMS will issue an error
upon the DATA command and the DATA template will never be called.
