Juno is probably blocking outbound SMTP/port 25. He'll have to use the juno outgoing
SMTP server, if there is such a thing. This is fairly common with dialup-type ISPs
providers to curb their customers spamming through outside mail servers. With most
ISPs there isn't any real issue with using their SMTP for outbound mail.
