[iMS] HTML message problems, even from ims support list

I'm getting decoding errors with HTML message from this list (using Opera).  I think the MIME-Encoding with the html_tokenmsgfooter isn't working right.  I'm not 100% sure, but I think the problems just started with ims_mail 3.3.1.

Is this list down today?  I sent a message earlier, but haven't gotten anything.
