[iMS] ims_odsmime performance

Howie.. I made a test yesterday decoding large files using ims_odsmime 
under IIS and under Website pro webserver and noticed that using the tag 
under website (that uses other cf dll "cfws.dll") decoding is 5 times 
faster than using IIS.. can you think on any reason for this to happen? the 
2 servers have the same capacity.
