Changing the IP shouldn't affect anything. If
you are seeing messages in the POST log saying that the mail was delivered then
it made it to the other server. The only thing that I can think of is that
the other server is marking the mail as SPAM if your RDNS doesn't match or is
non-existent from your IP change.
Basically, you want the HELO/EHLO to match the RDNS
and the RDNS to point back to the correct IP.
