Reinstalling the older tag did not solve the issue. We finally downgraded to IMS 2.5a/CFX 3.3, which seems to have solved the urgent issue. We are still experiencing missing mail files, but you already have an open issue for this, and everything seems to be back to "normal".
P.S. I am getting an undeliverable error when I send to this list from my webmaster account.
