Having just gone thru this myself, I can relate!
Howie, perhaps you might consider a very small change to the admin
login screen that calls out the function closer to the "Please Log In"
text? This may help the next person...

FYI - that's why I couldn't log in before to get mail, I was trying to log my 'regular' user into the admin login. Didn't realize there were two.

Okay, now my pop is working fine, but when I log back in with SystemManager, Password & System, I just get an e-mail interface. I have no idea what happened. How do I get back to the configuration area? I've looked at the docs, but when I try what they recommend, I get the regular login page, I login, and I get the e-mail layout.
