There's nothing wrong with a Received header having LOCALHOST in it. The CFX tag adds this header because some servers will reject mail that has no Received header.
If you need to change this then you can add your own received header using the HEADER_RECEIVED parameter in the CFX tag (just make sure that the format is proper).
