Many thanks for sharing your code with us. I plugged it into data.cfm as suggested and it works a treat! I did have a bit of trouble accessing the code though.
Firebird showed: result=abort customresponse="250 Data received ok" result=abort customresponse="250 Data received ok" - but if I looked at the source the code was there!
IE6 said "The page cannot be displayed"
eventually I used NS7...

I changed the code a bit as we had a couple of false positives straight away, someone trying to send a document called "data.zip"! I changed the message from "250..." to "570 Probable Virus Change File Name" as we have seen a few like that going through with bounces and it gives a legitimate sender a chance to have another go :-) The con is that we get another round of bounces instead.
Ah, you're too nice. Anyone sending data.zip to me today is a ;) moron and virii don't read response codes.
