But I can't get my head around how to make them work. (We use CF5). Can someone point me to a nice simple explanation with examples please.

If not, you can change the default setting in the POST Server config or you can specify the token delimiters in the CFX tag parameters. Also, you may want to try adding PARSETOKENS="YES" to the CFX tag parameters to see if that makes a difference.

- The dev post server or maybe cfx_imsMail doesn't seem to be processing tokens. So when I send to a query with "email" in the smtp to field I get a bunch of emails addresses to <:email:>@weftweb.net (that is at our default domain). If I put the token in the body of the email (either html or body fields) I get it back unchanged in the email.
- However the odd thing is that the exact same code works perfectly on our release server (thank goodness).
- So it is not a critical problem, but it makes it a little hard to test, and always causes a panic when we run a test until someone remembers that it doesn't work on the dev server.
- I have put the code below. We added the parsetokens in the hope this might fix things but it didn't. Code still doesn't run properly on dev server but does on release server.
