Hi,

Oh ok, I've confirmed that the ims server can connect to the DNS server
(primary + 2nd) and have multiple DNS servers configured.

If I have a value in the "hosts file" this will get picked up right?

Thanks

What I mean is that there could be a network/firewall issue when the iMS
server contacts the DNS server. Also - it's recommended that you have at
least two dns servers configured and mx caching enabled.

Howie
