Hi Howie, We want to install the prerelease because we are also having problems with the memory leak - we actually meant to do this 2 weeks ago, but the tech scheduled to do it has been off sick ....
She is still off sick, but we need to fix it, so I will do it myself. Can you tell me, will I need to remove the existing version first? I assume that if I don't, I will have to stop the post server during the install process though? I just want to get an idea of whether I need to tell users there is going to be an outage - or will it only take 10 minutes, in which case they will never even notice.
