For the POST queue, if priority="<>" is not set, I thought the default was 9. However, I just looked at the POST log and noticed different priority numbers, 9 and 5, even though I did not set one in the CFX_IMS tag.

That will adjust the priority in the POST queue. I believe he wants to know to header value which will make the email client flag the received email as high/normal/low. I sent myself a test with Outlook Express and this was in the header for a "high" message:
