[iMS] WARNING: SOCKET ERROR2: (Sock Connect) [10060] Connection timed out

I am seeing the following error a lot in my POST logs:   WARNING: SOCKET ERROR2: (Sock Connect) [10060] Connection timed out [msn.com] (mx3.hotmail.com)   It seems to be only happening to emails sent to HotMail accounts.  Can someone please give me more details on why this might be happening?  Is it something that I don't have configured correctly or is this a problem on MSN email servers???   Thanks, Dave Hatz This list server is Powered by iMS "The Swiss Army Knife of Mail Servers" This list is provided as a free service.
