Sorry for the delay...

What we usually do is embed a mailing ID header in the email that contains a unique ID 
for the mailing.  For example:

<cfset mailingid="12345">

<cfx_imsmail header_mailid="#mailingid#" ...>

Then, this would appear as a var called header_mailid in the reportpoststatus 
template.  With the mailing ID and the recipient address you can do whatever 
processing you need to do.
