By distributing your contributions under the LGPL, you have given the
people that received it (Jimmy for instance) several rights, namely the 
ones described in the LGPL.

What you did not give them (or him) is the right to redistribute your
contributions under a different license. Without your permission, Jimmy
would not be allowed to include them when distributing the GPL licensed
version.
